All of our jewelry pieces are handmade with care.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
Processing times may vary by season,
please check the announcement bar at the top of the shop for the latest updates.

SHIPPING METHOD

By default, all orders are shipped with ELTA Post from Greece
Once your order has shipped,
you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to local postal services:
Europe: 5 - 10 business days 
United Kingdom: 7 - 15 business days
USA 10 - 20 business days 
Canada: 10 - 20 business days
Japan: 7 - 15 business days
Singapore, UAE, China: 10 - 20 business days

Please note some parcel delivery may be delayed during the holiday season, weather, strikes etc.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & RETURNS

Please make sure that your name, surname, shipping address is correct before placing an order.
If a parcel is refused upon delivery, 
never picked up from the post office, 
or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any other reason), 
the customer is responsible for the re-shipment fees.
Refunds are only issued after the parcel has been returned to us.
The refund amount will be reduced by all transport service commissions and marketplace fees.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.
USA customers duties, customs, and processing fees are prepaid by us (Delivered duty paid DDP). 
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
